Founder, Mr. Jigar Shah has experience of more than two decades in the fields of Audits, Consulting, Taxation, Systems & Process Audits, Design and Implementation of Internal Controls, Foreign Investment Related Advisory and Legal services. He worked with companies across India, Europe, USA, Middle East and Far East.

He was associated with RSM India Group and Suresh Surana & Associates for more than 17 years as Associate Director. During his tenure with RSM, he independently handled the assignments of large and multinational companies including renowned Corporate Houses. He has been instrumental in setting up new practice areas, processes, performance and quality standards during his tenure with RSM and served as a Business Heads for more than 9 practice verticals. Mr. Shah contributed to various blogs, articles, research notes, white papers and publications on various professional subjects. He represented at several occasions before the government, tax authorities and industry associations.
